privacypolicy

This page explains what Meadowbrook Church collects when you use this website, and what we do with it. We wrote it in plain language on purpose. Last updated October 4, 2026.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you fill out a form on this site, we receive the details you type into it, such as your name, your email address, a phone number if you add one, and your message or request. We do not ask for payment details on this website.

How we use it

We use what you send to answer your request and to follow up with you by email about it. Every email we send gives you a way to unsubscribe, and you can also reply and ask us to stop at any time.

Who sees it

Your form is delivered to the Meadowbrook Church team. It passes through the services we use to run this website and to manage our email follow-up, and those providers handle it only on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Embedded content

Some pages show content from other services, such as YouTube videos or a Google map. When you play a video or load a map, that service may set cookies or collect information under its own privacy policy. This website does not use advertising trackers.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to you and to care for you well. After that we delete it, or sooner if you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have on file about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Just contact us using the details below.
